My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where you can cultivate resilience, clarity, and self-awareness. With a background in evidence-based practices and holistic wellness, I meet you exactly where you are and together, we grow from there.

My Story

My journey into mental wellness and mindful living began long before I pursued formal training, it started with my own personal seasons of growth, challenge, and transformation. Like many, I know what it feels like to search for peace, clarity, and meaning during life's most difficult moments. This path led me to a calling: to create a space where others could feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. Here at The Mindful Garden Sanctuary, my mission is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, nurture your growth at your own pace, and create lasting, meaningful change.

Experience

With over 14 years of hands-on experience in the field of social work and mental wellness, I have had the honor of walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging seasons. My work is deeply rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, cultivate self-compassion, and move through grief with greater resilience. This isn't just a profession for me, it's a calling. I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly engage in advanced trainings and certifications to ensure the care I offer is both heart-centered and evidence-based. At The Mindful Garden Sanctuary, I blend my experience with mindful, holistic practices to create a space where true healing and growth can flourish.
