Mindful coaching at The Mindful Garden Sanctuary focuses on helping you move forward with clarity, self-awareness, and compassion. While therapy often explores healing past wounds, coaching centers around nurturing your present growth and creating the life you envision. (Note: If deeper clinical therapy is needed, I am happy to offer referrals.)
What steps are taken to ensure the confidentiality and safety of my data and personal information?
Protecting your privacy is paramount. All interactions and records are kept confidential in alignment with HIPAA (or applicable privacy laws in your country) and ethical guidelines.
Do you accept insurance?
Coaching services are not covered by insurance. However, my offerings are intentionally designed to be accessible, and I offer a variety of services at different investment levels.

Self-guided journals, meditations, and growth tools will be available for instant download through the website. You can explore healing practices at your own pace and revisit them anytime you need grounding or inspiration.
What happens during the free 20-minute call?
Our free call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We'll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and explore if the services I offer align with your needs. It’s a space to connect and you’ll leave with clarity, whether or not you choose to work together.
What is your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. I understand that life happens, and I do my best to be flexible when unexpected situations arise. Thank you for honoring our time together.
